For the operation of the parole board's sex offender management program and the supervision of high-risk offenders, the parole board may expend an amount not to exceed $600,000 from revenues collected from fees charged for parolee supervision; provided, that the parole board shall file a report with the house and senate committees on ways and means not later than February 1, 2008, which shall include, but not be limited to, the number of parolees participating in the program and the reincarceration rate of participating parolees |
