| 7010-0027 | Student Assessment and Related Remediation For student and school assessment, the development and implementation of certificates of occupational proficiency and for grants to cities, towns, regional school districts and charter schools to provide academic support and remediation for the Massachusetts comprehensive assessment system exam; provided, that any grant funds distributed from this item to a city, town or regional school district shall be deposited with the treasurer of the city, town or regional school district and held in a separate account and shall be expended by the school committee of the city, town or regional school district without further appropriation, notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary |
