Department of Developmental Services Trust Fund Transfer
SECTION 149.
Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the comptroller shall transfer $5,000,000 from the unexpended balance of the Department of Developmental Services Trust Fund established in section 2RRR of chapter 29 of the General Laws to the General Fund not later than June 30, 2017.
