Department of Mental Health Trust Fund Transfer
SECTION 148.
Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the comptroller shall transfer the following amounts to the General Fund not later than June 30, 2017: (i) $4,000,000 from the unexpended balance of the Mental Health Information System Trust Fund; (ii) $2,000,000 from the H.C. Solomon Mental Health Center Trust Fund; (iii) $658,436 from the Cape Cod and Islands Mental Health and Retardation Center Trust Fund; and (iv) $1,000,000 from the Quincy Mental Health Center Trust Fund.
