Mission:
The District Attorney is elected by the citizens of Hampden County to represent them in the prosecution of criminal cases and on a broad spectrum of societal interests. The mission of the District Attorney is to seek justice, to promote public safety to identify and mitigate where possible, the social and economic causes that lead to an increase in crime, and to collaborate with law enforcement agencies and social agencies to enhance juvenile interention and crime prevention.Governing Laws:
