4800-0091 | Child Welfare Training Institute Retained Revenue For the department of children and families, which may expend not more than $2,094,902 in federal reimbursements received under Title IV-E of the federal Social Security Act, as codified at 42 U.S.C. chapter 7, subchapter 4, part E during fiscal year 2015 for the purposes of developing a training institute for professional development at the department of children and families; provided, that notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, for the purposes of accommodating timing discrepancies between the receipt of retained revenues and related expenditures, the department may incur expenses and the comptroller may certify for payment amounts not to exceed the lower of this authorization or the most recent revenue estimate as reported in the state accounting system |
