SECTION 119.
Section 2 of said chapter 59 is hereby amended by striking out the second sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:- The TDC committee and MDC committee shall submit their recommendations for the reuse or visioning plans with the commissioner within 180 days after the division provides a local polling package to the town.
