For the commonwealth's local fire departments; provided, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the county of Barnstable for fire training programs and equipment; provided further, that not less than $30,000 shall be expended to the town of Norwood for the fire department to purchase lifesaving rescue, emergency, and tactical training apparatus; provided further, that not less than $37,000 shall be expended for the purchase and installation of a door access control system for the fire department in the town of Spencer; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the town of Holden for improvements and renovations at the fire substation; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the town of West Brookfield for the fire department to purchase new fire radios; provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to the town of Duxbury for the fire department to purchase equipment and other resources; provided further, that not less than $40,000 shall be expended for the Boylston fire department for necessary information technology upgrades; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the city of Easthampton for the fire department to purchase interoperable communications equipment; provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for a municipal grant program administered by the state fire marshal for firefighter cancer screenings, including advance blood testing and imaging; provided further, that not less than $90,000 shall be expended for the Northwestern Youth Fire Intervention Response, Education and Safety Partnership (NoFIRES) program to support fire safety education and intervention services for families in the region; provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended to the New Bedford fire department for personnel costs, including maintaining staffing at Fire Station 9 to keep the facility open to sustain sufficient emergency response times across the city; provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to the town Topsfield to support the completion of a fire compressor and cylinder fill station for the fire department; provided further, that not less than $40,000 shall be expended to the town of North Andover to replace the fire department's fire life safety training trailer; provided further, that not less than $40,000 shall be expended to the city of Gloucester to purchase an emergency response all--terrain vehicle for the fire department; provided further that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to the town of Newbury for the purchase of a LUCAS chest compression device for the fire department; provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to the town of Nahant fire department for upgrades to its public safety equipment; provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended to the city of Lynn for the purchase of equipment for the fire department; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Fire Chiefs' Association of Plymouth County, Inc. for purposes including, but not limited to, program needs and long--term planning to enhance mutual aid operations in Plymouth county; provided further, that not less than $40,000 shall be expended for the Kingston fire department for equipment related to cardiovascular support and rescue; provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended for the American National Red Cross, Southeastern Chapter, to provide fire and disaster relief, organize blood drives, provide services to veterans and teach lifesaving skills to the public; provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended for the Framingham fire department to support senior home safety assessments; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Somerset fire department to purchase self--contained breathing apparatuses; provided further, that not less than $55,000 shall be expended to the city of Quincy for a hazardous materials emergency response program; provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended to the town of North Andover for a fire life safety training trailer replacement; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the town of Boxford for the replacement of Boxford fire department hydraulic rescue tools used for vehicle extrication; provided further, that not less than $35,000 shall be expended to the city of Framingham for the Framingham fire department to establish a senior home safety initiative to provide free home safety assessments for seniors; provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to the town of Rehoboth fire department for the purchase of turnout gear; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the Plymouth fire department to support the modernization of its radio communications system and transition to a platform that is aligned with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Interoperable Radio System (CoMIRS); provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended to the town of Mendon fire department for the purchase of an electric pickup truck; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the Topsfield fire department for the procurement of a new fire compression and oxygen cylinder fill station; provided further, that not less than $40,000 shall be expended to the Marblehead fire department for a replacement boiler; provided further, that not less than $45,000 shall be expended to the Dudley fire department for security and access system repairs and upgrades; provided further, that not less than $20,000 shall be expended to the Charlton fire department to establish community fire safety and fire extinguisher training programs; provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended to the Saugus fire department for the replacement of safety gear and equipment; provided further, that not less than $45,000 shall be expended to the Lunenburg fire department for the replacement of aging portable radios; provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to the Lynn fire department for the purchase of a self--contained breathing air system trailer; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the town of Wakefield for the acquisition of a high speed washer--extractor and dryer--extractor for the fire department; provided further, that not less than $24,000 shall be expended to the town of Wakefield for a new lighting grid for use by Wakefield Community Access Television; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the Amherst fire department to support the purchase of equipment, including, but not limited to, a station alerting system; provided further, that not less than $60,000 shall be expended to the Granby fire department to support the purchase of equipment, including, but not limited to, portable communication radios; provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to the Bridgewater fire department for battery--powered extrication tools; provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to the South Hadley fire department (district 2) to upgrade personal radios to P25--compliant equipment; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the Easthampton fire department to upgrade vehicle extrication equipment; provided further, that not less than $20,000 shall be expended to the city known as the town of North Attleborough for firefighter gear, equipment or other related expenses; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the Westwood fire department for the Westwood fire station 1 project; provided further, that not less than $30,000 shall be expended to the Milton fire department for a replacement pump for the department's brush truck; provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to the Bourne fire department for equipment purchases, maintenance and personnel training; provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to the Everett fire department for active shooter training; provided further, that not less than $60,000 shall be expended to the town of Dracut for the design of a rescue boat ramp for the Merrimack river in the town of Dracut; provided further, that not less than $15,000 shall be expended to the Ashby fire department for extracting equipment; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the Stoneham fire department for gear and equipment purchases and maintenance; provided further, that not less than $150,000 be expended to the town of Winchester for first responder and dispatch communication upgrades; provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended to the town of Weston for updates and modifications to a fire vehicle; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the town of Weston for design funds for the fire department project; provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended to the town of Stow for new firefighting water cisterns; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the city known as the town of Winthrop for thermal imaging cameras and related equipment for the Winthrop fire department; provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to the city known as the town of Winthrop for required evidence room upgrades at the Winthrop police department; provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to the Norton fire department for safety gear and equipment replacements; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Andover fire rescue department for any costs related to a replacement vehicle and outfitting materials to support emergency response and firefighter safety; and provided further, that not less than $20,000 shall be expended to the city known as the town of North Attleborough for the purchase of new turnout gear for firefighters
