8000-0122 Chief Medical Examiner Fee Retained Revenue

For the office of the chief medical examiner, which may expend for its operations not more than $8,851,118 in revenues collected from fees for services provided by the office; provided, that notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, for accommodating timing discrepancies between the receipt of retained revenues and related expenditures, the office may incur expenses and the comptroller may certify for payment amounts not to exceed the lower of this authorization or the most recent revenue estimate as reported in the state accounting system
