0332-0100 District Court

For the operation of the district court department, including a civil conciliation program; provided, that, notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the district court of Chelsea shall be the permanent location for the northern trial session to handle 6--person jury cases; and provided further, that all personnel within said district court whose duties related to said northern trial session shall report to the clerk--magistrate of said district court
