8910-1014 Middlesex Sheriff's Office Medically Assisted Treatment

For the delivery of a medication--assisted treatment program in Middlesex sheriff's office facilities across Middlesex county; provided, that no funds in this item shall be expended from the AA or DD object classes; provided further, that not later than November 2, 2026, the Middlesex sheriff's office shall submit a report to the executive office for administration and finance and the house and senate committees on ways and means that shall include, but not be limited to: (i) the number of participants in said program; (ii) the breakdown of dosage and type of medications administered; and (iii) the cost breakdown of said medications..
