For the Berkshire district attorney's office, including the victim and witness assistance program, the child abuse and sexual assault prosecution program, the drug task force, the domestic violence unit and the Berkshire county law enforcement task force; provided, that 50 per cent of fees payable under rules 15(d) and 30(c)(8) of the Massachusetts Rules of Criminal Procedure for appeals taken by the office shall be paid from this item; and provided further, that no assistant district attorney shall be paid an annual salary of less than $76,000
