4100-0060 Center for Health Information and Analysis

For the operation of the center for health information and analysis established in section 2 of chapter 12C of the General Laws; provided, that the estimated costs of the center shall be assessed in the manner prescribed by section 7 of said chapter 12C; and provided further, that the center for health information and analysis shall report to the house and senate committees on ways and means not later than January 8, 2027 on: (i) the MassHealth rates of payment for telehealth services; (ii) the MassHealth rates of payment for comparable in--person services; and (iii) the utilization rates of telehealth services where in person services are available
