For the operation of the office for refugees and immigrants; provided, that the office shall submit quarterly reports to the house and senate committees on ways and means detailing: (i) a list of recipients of such funds; (ii) the amounts distributed to each recipient; and (iii) the number of newly arrived immigrants and refugees served by each recipient
