For a public information campaign to educate and promote awareness to pharmacies and the public about an individual's eligibility to receive a 12--month prescription for contraceptives in the commonwealth; provided, that information shall include availability of a 12--month supply of contraceptives; and provided further, that the commissioner of public health shall partner with insurers, pharmacies, relevant advocacy organizations and employers to ensure the campaign reaches pharmacists, clinicians and individuals eligible to receive a 12--month prescription for contraceptives in the commonwealth
