9110-1660 Congregate Housing

For congregate and shared housing services, including naturally occurring retirement communities for older adults and the long--term care ombudsman program to include assisted living residences; provided, that not less than $856,000 shall be expended for providers of naturally occurring retirement communities with whom the executive office of aging and independence entered into service agreements in fiscal year 2026 and shall maintain at proportions of total available funding equal to those provided in fiscal year 2026
