For the Climatetech Investment Fund established in
section 15 of chapter 23J of the General Laws; provided, that funds shall be appropriated for clean energy workforce development initiatives and investments to support emissions reductions in the energy, transportation and buildings sectors, as directed by the Massachusetts clean energy and climate plan for 2050; provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended for entrepreneurial fellowships providing direct, multi--year funding enabling the translation of research into businesses, products, and jobs in the energy, transportation, and buildings sectors, as directed by the 2050 Clean Energy and Climate Plan; and provided further, that not later than March 2, 2027, the executive office of energy and environmental affairs, in consultation with the Massachusetts clean energy center, shall submit a report to the joint committee on telecommunications, utilities and energy and the house and senate committees on ways and means, which shall include, but not be limited to: (i) summaries of the investments made from or expected to be made from the transfer; (ii) the workforce training programs supported or developed with funds from the transfer, including the number of workers served by each program; and (iii) the estimated impacts of the transfer towards the clean energy climate plan for 2050's outlined goals, including details by sector
