7006-1001 Conservation Service Program

For the Massachusetts residential conservation service program under chapter 465 of the acts of 1980 and the Massachusetts commercial and apartment conservation service program under section 11A of chapter 25A of the General Laws; provided, that the assessments levied for fiscal year 2027 under said chapter 465 shall be made at a rate sufficient to produce the amount expended from this item and the associated fringe benefit costs for personnel paid from this item
