2800-0700 Office of Dam Safety

For the office of dam safety; provided, that the office shall, in collaboration with the department of environmental protection and the department of fish and game, establish and maintain a comprehensive inventory of all dams and develop a coordinated permitting and regulatory approach to dam removal for stream restoration and public safety; provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to the town of Groveland for repairs to the Salem Street dam; and provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the city of Newburyport to advance the Lower Artichoke dam project
