8700-1140 Armory and Missions Retained Revenue

For the military division, which may expend for the costs of national guard missions and division operations not more than $1,900,000 from fees charged for the nonmilitary rental or use of armories and from reimbursements generated by national guard missions; provided, that notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, for accommodating timing discrepancies between the receipt of retained revenues and related expenditures, the division may incur expenses and the comptroller may certify for payment amounts not to exceed the lower of this authorization or the most recent revenue estimate as reported in the state accounting system
