0640-0096 State Lottery Commission - Health and Welfare Benefits

For the commonwealth's fiscal year 2026 contributions to the health and welfare fund established under the collective bargaining agreement between the state lottery commission and the Service Employees International Union, Local 888, AFL--CIO; provided, that the contributions shall be paid to the fund on such basis as the collective bargaining agreement provides; and provided further, that 25 per cent of the amount appropriated in this item shall be transferred quarterly from the State Lottery and Gaming Fund, established in section 35 of chapter 10 of the General Laws, to the General Fund
