For the operation of the Suffolk sheriff's office; provided, that not later than December 15, 2025, the office shall provide a comprehensive inventory of all current programs and practices, in a manner to be determined by the executive office of public safety and security, to the executive office for administration and finance, the executive office of public safety and security and the house and senate committees on ways and means; provided further, that the office shall provide relevant data to the executive office of public safety and security to allow for the reporting of recidivism rates for all pre--trial, county sentenced and state sentenced incarcerated persons on a quarterly basis beginning in the quarter ending September 30, 2025 and shall be due not later than 30 days after the last day of each quarter; provided further, that not less than $1,500,000 shall be expended for costs associated with Project Evolve at the Suffolk county jail in the city of Boston; and provided further, that the office shall provide relevant data to the Massachusetts Sheriffs Association, Inc. to allow for the reporting of all requirements under item 8910--7110
