8910-0450 Middlesex Sheriff Community Programs Retained Revenue

For the Middlesex sheriff''s office, which may expend not more than $100,000 in revenues collected from public or private entities or persons for community programs; provided, that notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, for accommodating timing discrepancies between the receipt of retained revenues and related expenditures, the office may incur expenses and the comptroller may certify for payment amounts not to exceed the lower of this authorization or the most recent revenue estimate as reported in the state accounting system
