0840-0100 Victim and Witness Assistance Board

For the operation of the victim and witness assistance board; provided, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the operation and administration of trainings and educational programming that advances the goals of the Massachusetts office for victim assistance; provided further, that the chair of the victim and witness assistance board shall submit to the general court and the secretary of administration and finance a report detailing the claims submitted to the state treasurer for payment under item 0840--0004, indicating both the number and costs for each category of claim; and provided further, that the report shall be submitted not later than January 12, 2026
