For congregate and shared housing services and naturally occurring retirement communities for older adults; provided, that not less than $856,000 shall be expended for providers of naturally occurring retirement communities with whom the executive office of aging and independence entered into service agreements in fiscal year 2025 and shall maintain at proportions of total available funding equal to those provided in fiscal year 2025
