2030-1000 Environmental Law Enforcement

For the operation of the office of environmental law enforcement; provided, that environmental police officers shall provide monitoring under the National Shellfish Sanitation Program; and provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for the protection of right whales by increasing the patrols of the office and its officers' ability to identify and remove abandoned fishing gear and to enhance their ability to enforce speed restrictions through use of drone technologies to minimize potentially harmful interactions between vessels and right whales
