7066-0019 Dual Enrollment Grant and Subsidies

For the department of higher education to support the dual enrollment program allowing qualified high school students to take college courses; provided, that public and private institutions of higher education may offer courses in high schools in addition to courses offered at the institutions or online if the number of students is sufficient; provided further, that preference in awarding grants for early college programs shall be given to public institutions of higher education; and provided further, that appropriated funds may be expended for programs or activities during the summer months
