7515-0121 Reggie Lewis Track and Athletic Center Retained Revenue

For the Reggie Lewis Track and Athletic Center at Roxbury Community College; provided, that the college may expend an amount not to exceed $2,500,000 received from fees, rentals and facility expenses associated with the running and operation of national track meets, high school track meets, high school dual meets, Roxbury Community College athletic events and other special athletic events, conferences, meetings and programs; provided further, that only expenses for contracted services associated with these events, event staff, utilities and capital needs of the facility shall be funded from this item; and provided further, that notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, for the purpose of accommodating timing discrepancies between the receipt of retained revenues and related expenditures, the college may incur expenses and the comptroller may certify for payment amounts not to exceed the lower of this authorization or the most recent revenue estimate as reported in the state accounting system
