4190-0100 Soldiers' Home in Holyoke Administration and Operations

For the maintenance and operation of the Soldiers' Home in Holyoke; provided, that no fee, assessment or other charge shall be imposed upon or required of any person for any outpatient treatment, admission or hospitalization which exceeds the amount of fees charge in fiscal year 2023; and provided further, that funds shall be expended for the operation of an ombudsman's office at the Soldiers' Home in Holyoke to act as an independent, impartial and confidential resource for the community
