1599-3100 Chargeback for Unemployment Compensation

For the cost of the commonwealth's employer contributions to the Unemployment Compensation Fund and the Medical Security Trust Fund established in section 48 of chapter 151A of the General Laws; provided, that the secretary of administration and finance shall authorize the collection, accounting and payment of these contributions; and provided further, that in executing these responsibilities, the comptroller may charge, in addition to individual appropriation accounts, certain nonappropriated funds in amounts that are computed based on rates developed in accordance with the federal Office of Management and Budget circular A-87, including expenses, interest expense or related charges
