7002-0012 Summer Jobs Program for At-Risk Youth

For a youth-at-risk program targeted at reducing juvenile delinquency in high-risk areas; provided, that these funds may be expended for the development and implementation of a year-round employment program for youth-at-risk and existing year-round employment programs; provided further, that $500,000 of these funds shall be matched by private organizations; provided further, that the Commonwealth Corporation shall partner with the school-to-career connecting activities program at the department of elementary and secondary education to develop appropriate connections between the two programs; and provided further, that funds shall be available for expenditure through September 1, 2021, prior appropriation continued
