0340-0600 Northwestern District Attorney

For the Northwestern district attorney's office, including the victim and witness assistance program, the child abuse and sexual assault prosecution program, the domestic violence unit and the anti-crime task force; provided, that 50 per cent of fees payable under rules 15(d) and 30(c)(8) of the Massachusetts Rules of Criminal Procedure for appeals taken by the office shall be paid from this item; provided further, that no assistant district attorney shall be paid an annual salary of less than $62,500; and provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for the office of the Northwestern district attorney for partnerships with local community, substance use prevention and child advocacy organizations with increased needs caused by the 2019 novel coronavirus
