Section 94 Abandoned Property Transfers

          Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, for fiscal year 2027, all abandoned property net revenue, as defined by section 5H of chapter 29 of the General Laws, shall remain in the General Fund.

This section provides that all abandoned property net revenue will remain in the General Fund for Fiscal Year 2027.
