Section 86 Nursing Facility Base Year
Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, nursing facility rates to be effective on October 1, 2026, under section 13D of chapter 118E of the General Laws may be developed using the costs of calendar year 2023.
Summary
This section allows the Executive Office of Health and Human Services to use Calendar Year 2023 costs to develop nursing facility rates.
