Section 7 Audit Frequency

          Section 12 of chapter 11 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2024 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 18, the figure "3" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 5.

This section requires that the State Auditor conduct audits of all entities required to be audited every 5 years rather than every 3 years.
