Section 59 Alcohol Modernization 6

          Subsection (o) of section 19E of said chapter 138, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 171, the words "and contiguous".

This section, together with related sections, makes several modernizing amendments to the state's alcohol licensing process.
