Section 16 Dedicated Transportation Income Surtax Revenue

          Subsection (a) of section 2BBBBBB of chapter 29 of the General Laws, as most recently amended by section 18 of chapter 9 of the acts of 2025, is hereby amended by striking out the figure "$550,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- $975,000,000.

This section amends the dedicated transportation income surtax revenue amount committed to the Commonwealth Transportation Fund from the Education and Transportation Fund.
