0610-0051 Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission Grant Retained Revenue

For the operations of the alcoholic beverages control commission relative to the prevention of underage drinking and related programs, including, but not limited to, applying for and obtaining federal Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms grants, funds and other federal appropriations; provided, that the commission is hereby authorized to expend revenues up to $350,000 collected from fees generated by this commission; and provided further, that for the purposes of accommodating discrepancies between the receipt of retained revenue and related expenditures, this commission may incur expenses and the comptroller may certify for payment amounts not to exceed the lower of this authorization or the most recent revenue estimate as reported in the state accounting system
