4800-0016 Roca Retained Revenue for Cities and Towns

For the department of children and families, which may expend for the operation of the transitional employment program an amount not to exceed $2,000,000 from revenues collected for services provided by the participants; provided, that notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the department may enter into a contract with Roca, Inc. to manage the transitional employment program and to provide services to participants from the aging-out population, parolees, probationers, youth service releases or other community residents considered to have employment needs
