7006-1001 Conservation Service Program

For the residential conservation service program under chapter 465 of the acts of 1980 and the commercial and apartment conservation service program pursuant to section 11A of chapter 25A of the General Laws; provided, that the assessments levied for fiscal year 2027 pursuant to said chapter 465 shall be made at a rate sufficient to produce the amount expended from this item as well as the associated fringe benefits costs for personnel paid from this item
