For the implementation of subsection (f) of section 1P of chapter 69 of the General Laws to create safe and supportive school environments; provided, that funds from this item may be used to implement school-based models for coordinated support of students in need, including the implementation of research-based educational programs that are proven to prevent substance use and misuse as well as address and reduce substance use related problems; and provided further, that funds may be used to develop information systems to help identify students at risk, track interventions and evaluate progress and outcomes
