For the purposes of a federally funded grant entitled, Expanding the Public Health Workforce within the Disability Networks: State Councils on Developmental Disabilities; provided, that in order to qualify for said grant, this account shall be exempt from the first $32,400 of fringe benefit and indirect cost charges pursuant to
section 6B of chapter 29 of the General Laws
