Section 66 CPCS Rates 2

Said section 11 of said chapter 211D, as so amended, is hereby further amended by striking out, in line 7, the figure "75" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 85.

This section, along with four others, increases the hourly rates of compensation payable to counsel appointed or assigned by the Committee for Public Counsel Services (CPCS).
