Section 65 CPCS Rates 1

Section 11 of chapter 211D of the General Laws, as most recently amended by section 63 of chapter 24 of the acts of 2021, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 5, the figure "110" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 120.

This section, along with four others, increases the hourly rates of compensation payable to counsel appointed or assigned by the Committee for Public Counsel Services (CPCS).
