Section 5 Delegation Threshold 2

Subsection (e) of section 46 of said chapter 7C, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 68, the figure "30,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 50,000.

This section, along with four others, makes adjustments to the dollar thresholds for building projects that state agencies or authorities may control and supervise.
