Section 4 Delegation Threshold 1

Section 5 of chapter 7C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 4 and 13, both times it appears, the figure "250,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 500,000.

This section, along with four others, adjusts the dollar thresholds for building projects that state agencies or authorities may control and supervise.
