Section 28 403(b) Plan 2

Subdivision (1) of section 22C of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out clause (ii) and inserting in place thereof the following clause:- (ii) the administrative costs of the deferred compensation plan operated by the board of higher education authorized by section 18A of chapter 15, and the employer contributions and administrative costs of the optional retirement program authorized by section 40 of chapter 15A; and.

This section, along with one other, authorizes DHE's 403(b) supplemental retirement plan and provides DHE with administrative costs to perform review and oversight of the plan.
