Section 25 Maintenance Service Contracts 1

The fourth paragraph of subsection (a) of section 39M of chapter 30 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 64, the words ", maintenance".

This section, along with four others, makes maintenance service contracts subject to the requirements of Chapter 30, which governs the purchasing of goods, supplies, and services.
