Section 15 Utility Vendor Threshold 1

Subsection (a) of section 14 of chapter 25A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 3, the figure "100,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 300,000.

This section, along with one other, increases the utility vendor threshold from $100,000 to $300,000 and expands eligible projects to include climate resilience and decarbonization activities.
