Section 74 MEFA College Savings Tax Deduction

Section 138 of chapter 219 of the acts of 2016 is hereby amended by striking out the following words:- through the tax year beginning on January 1, 2021.

This section makes the Massachusetts Educational Financing Authority's College Savings Tax Deduction Program permanent.
